Not quite sure where to put this, but I guess I am enduring drinking green smoothies to lose weight.

Anyone else making them. I just bought a nutribullet and trying to have a leafy smoothie with a bit of fruit for breakfast. Has been great for my digestion and have lost a couple of pounds, but It looks like swamp water and doesn't taste much better!

really?i love my green juices....I say juice rather than smoothie as I use a juicer

what are you putting in?

nothing you put in your mouth helps you lose weight. It is what you don't put in.

if you hate this stuff (and it sounds revolting) don't eat it! Smoothies are also a waste of good fruit and veg by mushing it up. The other disadvantage is that it is all too easy to put way too much into the mush and you take in too many calories.

high on the big diet con list, I'm afraid.
