Hi there, I started the diet on Wednesday and am feeling really weak too. Although I was having similar symptoms beforehand so I've put it down to having a virus, but not sure. Working 12hr shifts must be tiring, never mind doing it on a VLCD, so well done. Don't beat yourself up about the toast, just get back on plan ;-)
One thing that's worrying me .. sorry .. since Wednesday I've been totally constipated. Will have to talk to consultant tomorrow I think. First 2 days weren't to bad for me but after that I've been starving! Have added boiled eggs to my diet which I believe we're allowed, but they won't help with the constipation! xx

hi ladies I was doing Cambridge I needed to loose 2 stone and did in just under 4 weeks.

The first 4-5 days are hard!

I lost the weight but also got ill. constantly sore teeth. hair thinning. . periods all over the place and fainting.

I went to doctors and after blood tests all my vitamins were low and iron.

I had to come off.

It's great for quick loss but if you feel unwell just be careful. im now on juice plus recommend by a friend and lost same this week I did on Cambridge. I feel full of energy too.

if you are struggling go up a step and speak to your consultant. im not going to tell you to come off as it's brilliant for dropping the pounds quickly and the money involved is to much to just give up.

you can nibbles of cook chicken ir boiled eggs on really hard days. Also a cuppa with sweetner in abd a drop if milk got me through some long days.

good luck

2 stone off in 4 weeks? That is normally a sign of serious illness.

please don't do this to your poor body.
