Eating like a normal person

Today I have decided that this is going to be my new approach towards food.

I am fed up of obsessing over what I can and can't eat next, spending hours planning meals or shopping to fit whichever healthy eating pattern I am following and then scoffing down a pack of giant cookies.

I am inspired in particular from the Pig to Twig books - You are not a human dustbin. I have had enough of being a human dustbin!

The above combined with some health issues for people around me just make me think; why am I making myself unhealthy??

I wonder if I will still think that once hit by my next food craving.

My name is Gruffalump, I have issues with food and I have 5 stone to lose.

Anyone with me? :)
