Davina McCalls latest DVD has a toning section with cardio intervals plus a kickboxing section. It is very intensive and an excellent workout.

"The Body" by Elle McPherson is very good too. The professional trainer on that is Karen Voight and it is a mixture of toning and cardio workout.

Billy Blank Tae-Bo is also very good as is Jane Fonda's "Abs & Thighs" work out.

I also use "Ultimate Impact" and "Peak Energy" by Nell McAndrew which are both intense, high energy workout. They also have toning sections.

For a less intense workout, I use "The Little Black Dress Workout" by Zoe Lucker. I bought it for £2.99 from Aldi and I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised. It comprises five 10 minute sessions and you do get a good workout.

This morning I took delivery of "Pump it Up: The Ultimate Dance Workout". It features the people in the video for the song "Call on me" by Eric Prydz. I tried it out this morning and it was an excellent cardio workout. You really do work up a sweat and I would highly recommend it. I bought it on Amazon because they were offering it at around £4.

As you can see I have quite a library of exercise tapes as I like variety!

Good luck!
