Combining diets - would this work?

I lost 4 stone with WW, but a stone has crept back on and I need to lose 2st by 6th Oct. (Renewal of vows)

I lost 9lbs in ten days once, by following the 123 diet on Facebook (low carb/ no sugar) but many meats, salad etc was unlimited.

I am allowed 33 WW points per day (including weekly allowance)

What would happen if I combined the two? Ate no sugar, few carbs, and stuck within the WW points?

And what would happen if for 2 days a week I ate less than 500 calories, and threw a bit of 5:2 into the mix?

Will I get thin or will my body be seriously pissed off and store everything I DO eat?

Im no expert but the ladies on the low carb would help you. I think that if you go low carb you automatically go low sugar but you have to increase your fats otherwise your energy levels will bottom out. Not sure that doing WW with low carb and fasting is a good idea though. But low carb and fasting should be good.

Just calorie count. Far simpler and always works. The reason all this diets work is because they involve calorie restriction one way or another.
