Hi everyone I'm feeling really guilty...
After having dd no2 I've been eating healthy, lost two stones with another stone to go. I recently joined the gym and have been going 3 mornings a week.
Last night dh and I stuffed our faces with a takeaway Sad
I've been to the gym this morning but don't feel as good as I usually do, I feel like last nights takeaway has cancelled out this mornings workout??
Will this be true?

Forget about one bad meal and just get back in track now.

You can't go through life never having anything that is 'bad' unless you want to lead a restrictive life so the key to losing weight and keeping it off is to be able to have the 'bad' meal and then get straight back into your normal healthier routine.

Get back on the wagon!

At least once a week I eat slightly bigger portions but come my weigh in day I have not gained any weight and on occasion still lost a pound.

We will always have one of those days especially if eating out/attending a party.
