WW 2nd week

Hi i have now been doing the ww no count plan for 2 weeks and in total have lost 3lb. which was 1 1/2lb a week. Is this a normal average weight loss or should i be losing more, i have a totals of 2 1/2 stone to lose. would you recommend i give the points suystem a go and see if i loose more wieght doing that one ?

I prefered counting points (but then I'm an accountant ) but my leader used to suggest trying both over the first months before you decide which suits you. People often lose more in the first two weeks but about 2/3rds of it is water so I wouldn't worry too much 1-2lb a week sounds nice and stable - if you can keep that going you'll do just fine
