Ok. I've never really dieted. I lived with a lady when I was you get who followed slimming world and I are with them never really understanding the scheme. But kept me trim!
Since I've had a hysterectomy I have put on a lot of weight.
So I know I need to stop grazing. I need to stop snacking.
Any advice on whether I should try SW Or WW or something else?
I have a wii with balance board also an xbox with fitness things on. I need something that's structured for me to follow. But really don't know how to start
