I have just over a month until I am back to work and have 10 lbs to a stone to lose - also will be ttc so doctor advised me to get near to goal as possible.
I have lost three stone since pg and baby is five months but the last bit (which I can't blame on pregnancy) is hard to shift.
I don't want to starve bit use the advantage of being at home to the max for meal preps. Also I am going to wake earlier and walk hail, rain or snow
