First SW class tonight..how long??

Hi Ladies i am attending an SW calss for the first time tonight..on my own! As i really need the support and obedience, .

I do not drive so dp is taing me to the nearest village - how long should i expect it to last??? Don;t want him and dd hanging aroun d for too long - or me waiting after it's finished.

I don't go at the moment but have done in the past. I would allow yourself a good hour and a half or so. In my previous group the new people would have a group chat with the consultant at the beginning for about 20 mins about what the plan entails. If you choose to you do it then you get weighed and then sit in at the main group to pick up tips and get motivation. Depending on how many are in the group this can go on for a while as they speak to each person individually.
