Ok, I was rather ill. I'll spare you all the details, but let's just say I had a good clear out. The next day I couldn't drink liquid and it was 2 days before I managed a slice of toast.
I thought it would be a great time for me to work at losing some weight. I'm eating properly again now, but I'm trying to eat what I need rather than what I want. Portion control has always been an issue for me so I'm hoping my new smaller stomach will help.
My aims:
Sensible portions.
More vegetables/fruit.
More exercise. - Walking in the country.
Drink more.
Post weight on here every Monday.
I should be 14 stone. A few years ago I was 20. I lost weight and got to 16 1/2 stone but gradually went up to 18 1/2 again.
Last week: 18 stone 8lbs.
This Monday: 18 stone 3lbs.
