Can I lose half a stone in 2 months?

Title says it all really. Don't have a lot to lose, but I can't seem to shift it. I have an event in 2 months time for which I would like to look my best. I cycle 4 miles a day to work, never eat breakfast, don't think I eat very much actually, but half a stone has crept on in the last year.

Any suggestions?

Ooo Now see I adore anything banana flavoured. Grin. I do free weights and have a set of pretty coloured dumbbells just for me at home. You very quickly see muscle tone develope but you will never get huge. But protein is a must as muscles need it to grow hence why men use protein shakes. There are lots out there so maybe try some others. You could eat more eggs fish and chicken.

What brand does husband use?

If you do use weights you will not be losing weight on the scales though but you will shrink in body size as muscle weighs more than fat.

I would do Shred if I were you. I'm 5'3'' and weighed 9 stone 2 when I started shred. I only lost 3 pounds over the first month I did it but the difference in how I looked and the inches lost was amazing. Friends were asking if I'd lost weight from the end of the first week.
