Hi,

I've just started SW and am having a bit of trouble working out where jars of pasta sauce fit in. I've had pasta and veg (all free) but have added the veg to some Dolmio tomato sauce. Is this free because it made of veg or does the other stuff in it give it a syn value?

It all depends on which sauce it is but they all have syns in - if you can let me know I'll have a check on syns online for you Smile

Thanks wheresmycow I didn't realise you could check online. I will get registered and have a look when I get home later. (I would tell you which one but seems my memory doesn't extend to what I had for tea last night Confused )
