Hello

Having lost the weight I want, I now want to develop a health eating plan so I don't go back and can do for life but I don't want to go over the top and start eating organic fruit all day as have a fussy dh and tot. Short of going on one of those diet programmes I'm not sure what's classed as healthy eating? Pls help

Well if you lost the weight you want can't you just carry on maintaining?
If you're worried about losing more add a yoghurt after your main meal or milky hot chocolate before bed
