New thread ...

OP posts:
suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:48

and thats not a cue for you to all feel you have to "reveal" yorselves but i think flutterbee is worried that she is "too" big.

JackieNo · 04/08/2006 22:48

And it's still only Friday night sue - what revelations will you have for us tomorrow?

suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:48

Hey! Its Friday! I just found an extra day!

WigWamBam · 04/08/2006 22:49

Flutterbee, I wear size 32 tops, size 28 trousers - you really are among large ladies who aren't about to start judging you or being rude about what you weigh or the size of your arse. You don't have to tell anyone what you weigh if you don't want to - just come and get some support to help you shift some pounds if that's what you want to do.

OP posts:
flutterbee · 04/08/2006 22:49

OK I have been lured in and have added the thread to my watch list so I suppose I am here for the long run.

suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:49

and anyway - I meant to say that we don;t spend Saturday evenings discussing my murky past.... but we do spend Friday......

bt you rudely interrupted so I didnt get that far.

JackieNo · 04/08/2006 22:50

I'm 15 stone, down (due to these threads) from 16.5 stone, and just about fitting into a size 20. Aiming for 18 now, then downwards...

MrsJohnCusack · 04/08/2006 22:50

or you can just share scurrilous stories and wait for sue to reveal all about her affairs....

suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:50

WWb I've never been sure why we are (to all intents and purposes) the same person but you seem to wear a bigger size than me.

suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:51

are you wearing very baggy stuff or am I kidding myself?

suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:51

all = 3 - no more, thank you Mrs JC

WigWamBam · 04/08/2006 22:52

I wear baggy stuff, but am spectacularly gifted in the norkular department

OP posts:
flutterbee · 04/08/2006 22:53

I'm liking the sound of this thread already, to be honest I am a bit nervous about starting my diet on Monday but I am sooooooo sure that I want to do it. I need to do it.

suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:55

thought I was too, but I bow to your superior norkdom.

I have recently switched to 40 G but tbh could probably do with 42G but as M&S don't make that size I don;t bother.

MrsJohnCusack · 04/08/2006 22:55

ah boo
I take a wide range of sizes from different shops - very, very confusing

I weigh quite a lot more than I look too, so constantly get told off by doctor/midwife/whoever whilst others say 'oh don't be silly, you're not that big'. my sister kindly called me a freak when she found out what I weigh (and I weighed less then). (I know what she means but her choice of words was slightly unfortunate)

however currently pregnant, but hanging around because a) this lot are fab and b) don't want to pile on even more weight this time.

suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:56

are you going to follow a set diet flutter or not - are you a serial dieter like me or a diet virgin like jackie?

JackieNo · 04/08/2006 22:57

flutterbee - start gently, keep talking to us, see how it goes (and be nice to yourself)?

suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:57

I am offically [proud emoticon] BIG-BONED

WigWamBam · 04/08/2006 22:58

My norkage is

OP posts:
suejonez · 04/08/2006 22:58

means at 12 stone (many years ago) I look pretty slim as I have bigger bone structure and more muscle holdin it all together so proportionately more of my weight is muscle and bone than most women.

JackieNo · 04/08/2006 22:58

'Officially'? You're tall, aren't you sue (I remember your description of yourself to help MrsJC recognise you). I'm a shortarse, myself.

MrsJohnCusack · 04/08/2006 22:59

sue is tall.
I am a medium arse (who often wears ridiculously high heels/platforms in pathetic attempt to look a bit slimmer)

for WWB, that is very gifted! I am seriously impressed

suejonez · 04/08/2006 23:00

Man, that is impressive - can understnad the size 32 tops now. One of the things which pisses me off about being this big is that I have lost my hour glass shape which I always had even overweight. Think I lost it at about size 22.

flutterbee · 04/08/2006 23:00

I dieted seriously about 5 years ago and lost about 5-6 stone, I have ofcourse put all and more of that back on so this will be my 2nd serious diet attempt.

I decided at the begining of the year that I was going to quit smoking and then lose weight and grow my nails.

The smoking is done I haven't touched one since January, and I hope to have dropped about 3 dress sizes by Xmas.

No particular plan just eat less excersize more.

JackieNo · 04/08/2006 23:00

I'm very impressed WWB. I'm a FF cup (as in 'FFS').
