Does your stomach shrink the less you eat?

I've changed my eating habbits, and I am eating less than what I'm used to - which makes me hungry and more easily tempted to snack.

Will these hunger pains eventually go away if my stomach starts to shrink?

Your blood sugars stabilise and you don't feel so hungry because they are not spiking and creating cravings to stabilise them repeatedly. I find the less I eat, the less I want to eat. It takes about three weeks to get there ime.
