Hi after having a baby I've got that extra weight that just won't shift and have decided enough is enough. I've heard people talking about juice plus so fancy trying it but I love food. Thoughts???

Someone tell me actually how much JuicePlus costs?

I have a couple of friends who harp on about how amazing it is on daily Facebook updates do it, but they won't tell you much info on it. It's like a secret club!

I like the idea of it cleansing my body and eating clean food; I think if I'm paying for it, I'd be more inclined to stick to it.

Prettyreckless the shakes are 32.50 a month (u sign up for 4 months). Theres different prices for the capsules and chewies etc. Like other people have said its not a fad diet - the company has been going for 40 years! The idea is that the shakes kickstart your weightloss while u become accustomed to healthier choices etc, u do 8 weeks of 2 shakes and 1 healthy meal, then 8 weeks of 1 shake and 2 healthy meals and then 3 healthy meals :) Obviously thats the "ideal" plan, people adapt it to work for their lifestyle and they have great results too! I'm happy to answer anymore questions :)

The best thing anyone can do is healthy eating if it was that simple as JP and many others claim it would be made available on our NHS to combat obesity it's just a way off ripping people off instead of spending all your money on that join a gym with the cash and change your habits slowly but sensibly....the new fad in our area is aloe Vera products for dieting and as soon as you stop taking these things ha the weight will creep back on.

I second my fitness pal (map) app - like doing weight watchers but less complicated and free. They also feature good blogs and recipes to keep you going.

They all work its just whether you can stick to them once you've hit your target.
