Hi hoping for some help with points for fruit. I have decided I have to really start doing something about my weight again. Been to WW numerous times but cant find my books and going it alone this time. I remember most but never been big fruit eater so always choose slice of bread or something over a banana....anyway getting way off track there can some nice person give me rough idea what points are for following :-
banana
apple
pear
pineapple chunks
strawberries
