Has anyone used Model my diet to help them lose weight over a longish period?

I came across the link on my laptop from when I saved it ages ago and promptly forgot about it.I havent actually created an account yet but wondered if anyone else had and found it effective.

Actually the virtual models are pretty effective (as long as you look at them that is ) Wink

I only just discovered it. It did help me in a different way though, I lost 4 stone recently but didn't feel or think I looked any different despite going from nearly an 18 to a 12. I'm really short and still a bit overweight but it helped me accept where I was and where I am now.I quite liked the where I am now picture though which perhaps isn't good with a bmi of 26.5 but going down to abmi of 25 didn't make much difference. Thing is weight loss for me is only about my health and not about my looks I just used the site out of curiosity I have no clear picture in my mind of a gosl weight or how I want to look though.

Interesting mrsnec.

I also have no real idea of what I look like.I generally tend to go on how comfortable (or not I am) in my clothes .

It is a good tool to give you some idea of how you appear generally but Im not sure how far that would take you beyond the first glance.
