Hope you are having a good day chocchip too! Smile

Day three for me and going great guns. Today I did Rosemary Conley's Fat Attack (snigger) all the way through and now an off on a two hour dog walk. Not hungry and am drinking my water. Already shifting from around my middle as my clothes are getting looser! Yay!

Go me! Hope you are all feeling positive too x

Chocchip88 · 14/02/2015 20:01

That's fab Kissy, day 3 is meant to be the hardest so you're storming it Smile
I'm still on track had quite an urge to pick at some if the kids food on their plate but managed to resist! Last day if week 2 tomorrow.

ChristmasLightLover · 16/02/2015 17:33

Hola. Checking in :))

Lost 6.25 lbs at first weigh in last Wednesday. Have given up trying to be super human - coming off anti d's at same time is not a good idea. Back on them and feel much more with it. #LessonLearnt

Am still on my wagon. Right now, eating fillet steak, courgette and salad. Beetroot is not on their list but being Northern, I need something moist with my food. Would be fab if I can do this and not have another shake tonight but we will see.

ChristmasLightLover · 16/02/2015 17:35

KissyBoo you are an inspiration. Sincerely. I'm impressed. I've signed up to the swimming pool / gym 3 mins away -the council one, not the david lloyd that's shiny at 6 times the price!!! So I'm swimming as much as I can. I'm only doing 10 minutes at a go, but for me, that's a start.

Chocchip88 well done for not eating off children's plates. I used to shout at the tv when the WW said "it is possible to not eat left over fish fingers". I used to really shout at the tv. Fecking Woman.

And now. I am that Fecking Woman. Go Figure x

Chocchip88 · 16/02/2015 20:19

Well done Christmas, I think stopping ADs and starting a VLCD at the same time would be too much for anyone. Well done for sticking with it and a great loss. Amazingly well done on the swimming too, I think 600cals a day is about enough for me to exist on, I can't even think about exercise!
Official week 2 weigh in this morning and I'm 17.4 pounds down in total and just about sneaked into the next stone bracket, v excited Grin

KissyBoo · 17/02/2015 00:00

Still going strong! Really wanted some wasabi peas tonight but resisted. .

I ache like shite after doing another DVD for over an hour today.

One day closer to target. Feeling chipper.

Choc- bloody well done woman x
Christmas- well done too x

ChristmasLightLover · 17/02/2015 20:42

Good grief Choc - you're on a mission - well done to get into the next stone bracket. That must feel really good. If I can do a half stone this week and next I will be so pleased. Really pleased.

Kissy - atta bird - no wasabi and exercise. You deserve a medal.

I went clothes shopping today. 2 x tops from evans' for work thing tomorrow and Thursday. I literally told the woman at the counter, that once I've lost more weight, I will still shop with them. They have my loyalty. I'm so utterly fecked off with the likes of John Lewis for not doing sizes, in store, in bigger sizes. Fat Birds have money to spend as well. And I'm going to use the power of my wallet going forwards. Sorry for ranting but made me realise that I'm feeling empowered !!!

Wish me luck for next 48 hours - London, lights, drinking and fun. With shake sachets to keep me going :)) x

Chocchip88 · 17/02/2015 20:58

Christmas you sound extra determined! Good luck in Londan. You are so right about the clothes shopping, I'm quite fed up of buying clothes online, will be great to go into an actual shop and try on whatever I fancy!
Kiss you are a machine, an hours work out?? I bow down to you!
Hope everyone's Wednesday goes well.

SoonToBeMrsB · 23/02/2015 11:56

Well, I quit Exante because I was convinced that I could go back to conventional food and It Would Be Different This Time. Isn't it always? Hmm

Anyway, I'm still half a stone lighter than I was at new year but my eating patterns are terrible - swinging between obsessively counting every calorie to stuffing my face with abandon. It's no good and my moods are all over the place. Restarting tomorrow Sad

Chocchip88 · 23/02/2015 14:47

SoontobeMrsB well done for not stopping before you gained it all back. I've lost 50lbs twice and gained it all plus more back the first time and 46 pounds the second time. If only it were easy to maintain.
Good luck going back on it. I'm very tempted by real food at the moment but then realised it's TOTM very very shortly do hoping it's all down to that.
I had my weigh in this morning and after 3 weeks I've lost 20.6 pounds which I'm thinking is much more satisfying that xyz that I'm fancying.

SoonToBeMrsB · 23/02/2015 15:43

Wow, 20.6lbs in three weeks?! Shock

Well, if that's not motivational I don't know what is!

Lillylouise · 01/03/2015 15:51

Hi. I started Cambridge on Wednesday, I'm on ss+ so I can have my milk allowance for my coffee Grin So today is day 5 and I could eat a horse Hmm does the feeling of hunger ever go away? I'm 12stone 8 and want to be about 9.7. Was hoping this was the diet for me but not sure if I'll be able to keep to it Angry

SoleSource · 01/03/2015 16:09

Starting on Wednesday

Cambridge SS red 2

Oxfordmum2005 · 01/03/2015 20:05

Hi Lillylouise,

I started on Wednesday too. Still going strong, at the moment!
I am feeling hungry too, but just keep myself busy. Had a few early nights too! Need to lose about 3 1/2 stone, so need to keep going for a while.
Booked my holidays today too for August, want to look great this year, which would make a huge change.
When is your weigh in? Mine is Wednesday morning. Hoping its a great loss to keep me going.
Good luck to sole source too x

Lillylouise · 02/03/2015 13:48

Hi hun, my weigh in is tomorrow afternoon. Wish me luck. My consultant has suggested if I'm still struggling to try stage 2. She said I should still get a good loss. This weekend was hard seeing all the family eating dinner. I'll report back tomorrow :)

SoleSource · 02/03/2015 22:44

Thanks Oxfordmum.

Lily good luck, .

Fatgranny · 03/03/2015 11:44

Hello everyone. Brought up three boys now have 5 grandchildren and another due in May. Am on Alizonne and losing. Started at 14.12, I am 5 ft 8 ins tall, now 13.2 after five weeks. However it is eyewateringly expensive although I am not hungry. Thinking of continuing on VLCD but a cheaper one. Looking at Extante....anyone on it/tried it??? Want to get down to 11.7. Preferably quickly as sick of constant yo yo dieting. Had my metabolism checked at start and it is only 1500 cals per day!!! No wonder I have found it so hard!! Help please. ??

Lillylouise · 03/03/2015 12:48

Hi Fatgranny I have not heard of either of those, have you thought about cambridge? I decided to try after my friend lost 4 stone on it x

Lillylouise · 03/03/2015 15:41

Just been weighed and lost 5lb :)

Oxfordmum2005 · 04/03/2015 11:27

Well done, that's a great number!

I just had my weigh in and I have lost 9lbs, so pleased. Hoping for 5 next week and that will be my first stone off.

My next weigh in is Thursday, so it maybe possible.

Keep going everyone, we will get there!

cuckoochanel · 04/03/2015 12:51

Hello, all! Completely new to this forum, and much like a lost puppy, too... I feel like I don't fit in anywhere. I'm unable to discuss my VLCD w/ most people because they simply cannot wrap their minds around living on such a caloric deficit. But my start weight on Jan 26 was 19.7 stone, and my current weight is 17.9 stone. Wishing everyone a lovely day!!!

Lillylouise · 04/03/2015 12:58

That's a fab loss. I'd love 4lb then I'll be back in the 11's :)

Lillylouise · 04/03/2015 12:59

Hi cuckoochanel. Welcome and well done on your loss :)

Oxfordmum2005 · 04/03/2015 13:57

LilyLouise, really hope you get 4 next week, being back in the 11's would be great. I am now desperate to get back into the 12's, maybe 2 - 3 weeks (9lbs). Haven't been that in a few years.
Cuckoochannel, well done on your weight loss so far! Your doing fantastic.
Well going off to get a shake. Normally after any weigh ins (slimming world mainly) I would go have a treat and go off the rails for a few days. But not doing that on this diet!

Lillylouise · 05/03/2015 14:03

No treats for me too. Sticking to this 100%. :)
