Morning everyone.

weigh in day for me tonight. Suspect it will be lowest amount lost so far.
DH is rehearsing tonight so at least I won't have to watch him snacking.

Need to sort my kitchen as I have to freecyle old table n chairs as have ordered a new one which should fit space better. Which means finding a proper home for the clean washing that always gets dumped on the table Angry

Really glad to have found this thread! I'm 3lbs off having lost 3st on slim and save :) I have lots to lose but my main mission was to lose 5st on slim and save then move to low carb for the last 2 or so! Because I've done Lipotrim years ago and regained all the weight, so I'm really hoping to retrain myself this time around! Plus now I had a 2.8yr DD so I'm making healthy meals anyway, I need to start practicing what I preach!

Hello to all the new people and the returners!

Been away for awhile. Life has been a bit stressful for the last week or so. Last weigh in on Saturday - down to 90.5kg so lost 16.5kg in total now . Only another 4kg to go til I'm merely 'overweight'!

I'm doing Exante, and have struggled to stay on Total Solution, so am having a ketosis friendly meal instead of a pack at the weekend, and the odd piece of ham, boiled egg, sliver of cheese in the week. Still not sure re my end goal weight, 65kg would put me firmly in the normal range but am worried I will look gaunt - will have to reassess as I go.

Think I will need to go bra shopping soon - but seems a waste if going to get smaller again sooner - what have other people done?

Tara jupp how tall are you??? I still haven't decided on goal I just know I need to weigh less lol. My best weight was 64 kg but that was 18 years ago and not sure how realistic that is :-)

As suspected loss 1.1lb total for 5 weeka 22.5lbs.

Need to up my fluids as I have been lacking on that this weekend.

I'm 5'7'' - at my skinniest I was 63 kg but I was 16 and borderline anorexic! Long and complicated relationship with food/weight since then Hmm

Hi everyone I'm new. Since 8 Jan I've lost 30lb on LL and my weigh in today was appalling - nothing off whatsoever. Period two days ago so I was hoping for something at least.
It's my son's birthday on Saturday and for the first time I'm going to cheat - or if I do, I'm not going to feel bad about it (I say that ha ha, who knows?) I was really hoping for a good loss this week as a motivator.

Now I feel like such a grumpy fat cow. I've been so bloody good and nothing to show for it this week. Does anyone else need to have some really bloody negative thoughts after a crap weigh-in before they start pulling their socks up and getting on with it?

Oh and any arse-kicking most welcome braces

Hi aziraphale. Well done that is an amazing amount lose. I bet you feel so much lighter just walking around!

Don't lose heart, I think most people have weeks where they stay the same. I'm doing Exante so no set weigh in day and I just don't bother until period completely over for a few days. Also when scales not budging try measuring waist hips etc. Can be surprising!

I survived my DS's party with minimal cheating. Have a look at food on offer and just rule somethings out but let yourself have a few bits that won't knock you out of ketosis. I had a few mini sausages and sticks of cheddar, but no crisps, cake etc. I did have a slimline G&T to recover in the evening too!!

Hi ladies, can I join please? Started Cambridge on 8th Feb, 2 weigh ins so far and I've lost 8lbs, happy with that as I had a couple of meals out in there too. 3rd weigh in tonight feeling nervous as I do every week! Not sure if anyone has felt the same but I've found week 2-3 the hardest very hungry sometimes and a bit wobbly. It's starting to settle down now I guess it's my body clinging onto the thoughts of eating!

I've just discovered zero rice and pasta etc, I've had no more than my packs and about 20 extra calories and I'm stuffed!!

TOTM for me, started yesterday so will try not to weigh until sat/sun, a pair of trousers I've got though are now almost falling down, when I measured last week I've lost 6" off bust, and 2 from waist and hips so 10" in total since Jan 21st.

for those who have stayed the same for a week. the study I have been doing everyone is on total replacements for 8 weeks and every person they have had do it has had one week that they did not loose. It has been a different week for each!

sv for me today. I am 180.4lbs my lowest weight since I was in my teens.
It's take me three years to get to this point. A year of struggle to find something that would work after I reached 182. I am back and happy. Still have 2 weeks before I start adding food back in. I will be shifting to a 5:2diet from here as it has potentially huge health benefits for husband & it might help me too with insulin resistance. Grin

Well done Tigger. So exciting for you. Smile I'm only one week in but think I'm only going to do another 1-2 weeks and then start introducing food. I'll have lost enough to get back into my clothes if all goes according to plan and then I'll start back on the healthy eating. Hopefully this process will have shocked me out of the comfort eating I was doing and I'll be back on track for a gradual loss after that. Let us know how you do with re-introducing food...

My news: first weigh in on this episode of a VLCD. Week 1- 10lb off. Actually weighed 9lb but I'd drunk lots first this morning and was 10lb yesterday (I snuck an early peek) so I'm claiming that Grin

Only 1lb down this week, still it's 18lb in 7 weeks, I know some people have a week where they don't lose much so hoping for a good loss next week to take me to the 21lb mark. Have got 17lb to go to my 1st goal, 24lb to my ideal weight. Hope everyone else is doing ok.
