I bought some normal slices, tried to make a sandwich and the thing fell apart.

Looking for something healthy - wholemeal and can be bought in Morrisons.

Thanks.

I normally have wholemeal pittas. 1 for lunch with filling and salad fills me up nicely.

make your own - then you know what's in it (unlike the chorleywood process)

Nimble Malted Wholegrain is nice toasted and makes a decent sandwich.

Warburton Thins are good for a bread fix.

I buy Burgen Soya & Linseed bread from Morrison's. I am diabetic and this seems to be the best choice for keeping blood sugars on an even keel.
