Will doing 30 day shred twice a day make any difference?

So that's it really? Will it make you lose more weight/inches or not really? Let me know

The Shred is designed to be done once a day. Any more than that could cause muscle pain etc

Well you'll use more calories so provided you dont eat more you should lose more weight (not much tho, 300 calories burned? and you will be hungrier )

imo the main difference will be to the amount of sleep you need and the likelihood of injury

I quite often do two back to back.

At the end of the day, it's only 40 mins of circuit training so I can't see it doing any harm.

You do need rest days though, the whole point is to damage your muscles, then give them time to grow back (stronger). If you're constantly damaging them, your muscles will never get the chance to get stronger.

I do 2 levels back to back too. I find 1 level doesn't tire me out enough. I only do it on weekdays though so my body can rest at the weekend, it was hard work tonight so I must need it!
