As I have not received any emails ([email protected]) I take it that everyone just wants to post their own results.

My total was 102,905

Sorry I missed this. What are you doing - steps per week? I would be happy to join in, as I love my pedometer. Am 6 weeks pg though, so activity levels may drop shortly.

DollyP - We are using pedometers to count how may steps we take between Saturday and Friday. The new week starts on Saturday (today) and then we wear our pedometers until Friday night. Each week we can either e-mail our results to MadameButterfly at the address below or we can just post them on here.

Congratulations on the pregnancy.

My total for this week was 94,593 steps - a very good week for me.

started off very promisingly with 11,000 steps on day one - but then dropped off - so only

59,062

Shall do better this week - honest!

Your score/result is actually higher than mine used to be when the original Pedometer Club was running, QoQ. It was a good week for me if I managed to get higher than about 50,000.

Well done.

I have forgotten to put my pedometer on over the weekend. I just hope I can make up for it over the rest of the week.

oh no MB! - I'm sure you'll make up for it though . I've had a good start to the week - about 27,000 so far

coppertop · 31/07/2006 16:21

Weekends are the worst time of the week for me wrt walking. I always end up having to try to make up for it during the rest of the week.

Earlybird · 31/07/2006 16:32

coppertop - you and I have the same "weekend" problem! I get the majority of my steps in going to/from school with dd. Weekends (with the odd exception) tend to be more relaxed, and I find I'm at a deficit by Monday morning, and I often never quite make up the difference.

My total this past week was beyond pitiful, and I'm not going to post the number! I'm in America for the next month, and no one walks anywhere here (unless they're in NYC, which I'm not). Think I may watch/admire the rest of you until I'm back in London and can post some reasonable numbers.

In the meantime, my bum/tum grow more wobbly by the day. Why oh why is it so hard to take the weight off, and so easy to pile it back on???

MadameButterfly · 02/08/2006 11:07

My total is going to be rubbish this week. Fotgot it again yesterday.

Early bird - That sounds exactly like me (minus the NYC bit of course ). Monday to Friday is pretty busy so I usually spend the weekend trying to catch up on the stuff I haven't done at home during the week. By Monday morning I'm very lucky if I've managed 8,000 steps over the weekend.

MB - I bet you still beat my total.

NotAnOtter · 02/08/2006 21:50

put one on half way through morning and 5600
