First of all, excuse my typing please as I am new to my hudl.
I had surgery in the autumn and didn't keep up with my exercise for obvious reasons. I felt really white after and totally lost my appetite for ages. It came back with a vengeance at the end of Nov and I have gained just over a stone.
I'm back to eating my normal pre chub diet and going mad on Jillian Michaels workouts since the start of the year. As in going hardcore...nmtz and bfbm back to back, 6w6p, killer buns and ri30 back to back. been doing 5 days on and two off this regime.
The weight isn't budging. I'm lowering carbs and I am really bloated.
Can anyone offer help, advice or moral support. I have some lovely size8 to 10 clothes that I need to get back in to asap! Thanks for reading!
