Used xls medical, made not one bit of difference.followed as instructed.bit of grunge around poo (sorry if tmi) but no effect on weight loss.read reviews on amazon for more information.sorry could not be more positive but wished i hadn't wasted money- they not cheap!!

Have tried XLS, Adios and other pills bought online before, NONE work, most gave me stomach cramps and usually the runs.
Save your money and buy a blender to make smoothies and soups instead.
