Is there a medical reason for me losing weight?

I'm 38, 5 foot seven and a half, my BMI is 27. I am fit - I exercise four times a week and can comfortably jog 5-6 miles in an hour and also do resistance training. I'm comfortably a size 14, sometimes a 12 in tops. My waist measurement and waist/hip ratio are in a healthy range. I don't carry a lot of weight in my middle and I have a waist!

My resting heart rate is 50. Blood pressure 100 over 60.

There may be personal reasons for losing weight (and I am trying to - again, I was a stone heavier at one point), but are there medical reasons, taking the above into account? Just wondering.
