Well done everyone, especially jambuttie, how on earth did you manage that? If busywizzy is elsewhere, can someone else update the chart? My email won't let me open spreadsheets on the only computer for which we can currently have a power supply.

Busywizzy, hope all's well. Mumsyxx, sorry not to have got back to you with encouragement, it's been an interesting 10 days at home. Most of us are slowly but surely losing weight and in my case at least that's simply by eating less, especially in the evening, and exercising more - nothing strenuous, just a bit more walking, the odd extra cycle ride.

Good luck anyway to us all, perhaps we need it in the heat....

well I have been itching to show off about my 2 lb loss, so now 9 st 4lb, but wow, 6 lb, you gotta spill the beans jambuttie. clearly not been indulging in your namesake.
well done to everyone else so far heading in the right direction.

In kilos I've today finally got out of the 60's (am 59.8) so that's a big landmark for me so very happy this am

Thanks heavy bee i was very strict with myself last week, hope I can pull it off this week too so I can get under 12 stone
