Not especially weight loss - more health etc but anyway....
I'm trying to think of what drinks I can have on a daily basis, I know water is the obvious one and I do drink a decent amount during the day whilst I'm at my desk but in the evening I tend to drink either no added sugar squash or diet coke. Now in light of the fact that sugar / sweetner is supposed to be rubbish for you and everyone says you shouldn't drink diet fizzy drinks what can I drink instead?
alcolhol - try to avoid during the week for obvious reasons
fruit juices - although they are healthier than diet fizzy drinks they still contain lots of sugar and are quite calorie heavy so I'm not keen on that as an idea
water - ok during the day but in the evening I'd prefer something with a bit of flavour really
tea / coffee - again not really great because of the caffine (and I have a sugar / sweetner in mine too)
hot chocolate - again sugar / calories blah blah blah
what can I drink that has a flavour and isn't sugar and calorie heavy?
