I have restarted weight watchers after a break of a couple of years, I have all the points information regarding food and we have some digital scales, I can't really afford to go to the meetings at the moment so me and dp are following ww at home.
The thing I am confused about is the points, I was looking through my info from when I 1st joined, I actually weighed slightly less than I do now
I was allowed 35 points then.
I have tried to calculate my points online and they say I should eat 28 points.
I am 5 4 and 225 pounds (29 years old)
Can anyone tell me how many points they get and if either 29 or 35 sound right?
