Can anyone on weight watchers tell me how many points they have?

I have restarted weight watchers after a break of a couple of years, I have all the points information regarding food and we have some digital scales, I can't really afford to go to the meetings at the moment so me and dp are following ww at home.

The thing I am confused about is the points, I was looking through my info from when I 1st joined, I actually weighed slightly less than I do now Blush I was allowed 35 points then.

I have tried to calculate my points online and they say I should eat 28 points.

I am 5 4 and 225 pounds (29 years old)

Can anyone tell me how many points they get and if either 29 or 35 sound right?

Hi Ikeaismylocal

I'm pretty sure you would be allowed 34 Pro points per day.
Not sure if your working from Points or Pro Points, but if you would like to double check it Google - Weight watchers points calculator. You can also calculate food there also.

Hope this helps xx

If you have a smart phone try the value diet app, it works exactly like ww, you track points/exercise etcetera and it works it all out for you. I've lost three stone pro pointing and have never been to ww. The app cost about £2.50 when I got it.
