What should my idea weight be? An what excersize should I do to tone up?

10st.3
Size 12

Stupid machine in boots said 9st. Dont believe it though - is it right?

Need to tone up i think - want to do tummy, thighs and tops of arms

Have taken photos to see where needs work

Dont want to do anything to strenuos. Am lazy!

Don't know TBH but size 12 sounds ok for 5 foot 6. Maybe you just need toning up.

Deffo need to tone up. Havent got the first idea of how to start though....

Cant you get more stretch marks when you lose weight? want to avoid anything that encourages them...

Excercise. This makes the skin shrink as opposed to dieting where you are left with flabby skin.

You need to do cardio for fat burning and mild weights for toning.

No fast super cures. Just hard work!

It's not fun to begin with. But, after a while, when you see your body changing you kind of become addicted and it gives you a buzz.

Tamba chill out hun from what I remember from when we met at the bbq at madamebutterfly's you look fine. The most you would need to do is tone up a little and unfortunatly yes that means a bit of hard work exercising. Walking and swimming are good cardio exercises as for tonning try some situps for the stomach and arm curls whilst holding a tin of beans in each hand for the arms.
