I'm looking at following one of these plans but I don't live in the UK and I think that many of the foods these plans work well with aren't available here. Does anyone have any experience with this?
E.g. Alot of slimming world recipes and meal plans include mullerlights, low fat versions of products just aren't that extensive here. I think its good I won't focus on chemical substitutes, but not sure how to manage full fat versions instead!
Also, extra lean minced beef. Can I just drain the fat from a lean one etc. ?
Any advice greatfully received!
