Hey ladies, I'm doing the 11hr diet at the moment and was wondering will any other diet work better for the amount of weight I need to lose? And also I need work outs to target arms and belly, cannot jog as have arthritus in my knee! In my 11hr diet I eat only in 11hrs of the day (my hours are 11am to 7pm) and you can fill up in that time with whatever, excluding fast food, fizzy drinks, sweets and nooo crisps. Its hard but last year I lost a stone in a month. I've put on 8lbs during christmas!! I do yoga and some crunches but I want to lose 3 stone as quick as physically possible.. Help pleaseeee xxx

Isn't 11am to 7pm only 8 hours?

I'm got 5 stone to lose ultimately, but I don't do well with targets. I'm going to the gym three times a week, and have a pedometer and making sure I do at least 10,000 steps a day.
Not following a diet as such, just being sensible and cutting out the crap!

Hahaha yes 8hrs, sorry about that its late and I'm typing with one eye open! Wink when are you planning to lose it by? I'm 5ft5 and 12.5 stone :( boooo, gone from a size 10 before my daughter to now a 14, all on my stomach, face and arms!

I'm starting to be good from tomorrow on.

I'm doing something similar, but hadn't thought along the lines of the 8 hour thing. I might now though.....

I've never had breakfast on a weekend and just recently realised that I was eating it out of habit on a weekday too. So I cut it out. Unless I wake up hungry then I don't have it.

So I will be having my lunch (usually soup, fruit and a cereal bar - one of the chewy delight ones. Yes, I know they are full of sugar, but they are less than 100 cals and satisfy my sweet tooth.) In the evening, I shall be having something that is less than 600 cals and then a small snack, like more fruit or a bowl of porridge if I get hungry.

I'm 12.12 and don't think about it in terms of needing to lose 3 stone as I am 5 foot 6 and get to a healthy BMI at 11 st 1. I also like my shape then as I'm v curvy and am a size 12-14 there that I like.

The 8hr diet does work, when I lost that weight so quickly I was very chuffed, its hard not to eat after 7 but you really need to to drop the weight. I just need to curb my meal sizes as I can shovel it in and I always seem to be hungry? My partner is a fitness freak and mentioned it. We want to go away on holiday in the summer and he is ripped, so I need to lose the 3 stone to return to how I was. Anyone got any work outs? Still got a mummy tummy
