Sometimes putting it down in writing can be a wake up call for those trying to stick to a new diet.

I had a chicken and pesto wrap for lunch.

Turkey, veg, lentil stir fry for dinner.

The food I ate yesterday is not my normal eating regime. ATM I am fed up of cooking, so its been grab what I can.
On Monday when pretty much all the crap has gone and the supermarkets actually have something on their shelves worth buying then the food will change.

Pigsmummy · 03/01/2014 11:25

I really want a Toffifee now, actually this whole thread is making me hungry so prob defeating the point?

Doshusallie · 03/01/2014 11:26

2 individual pots of natural yoghurt for breakfast

Ham omelette with salad for lunch

Went out for dinner and had a plate of cold meats for starter, and a steak with salad

Snacks were two handfuls of nuts and some olives

2 glasses of red wine, a gin and tonic and an Irish coffee.

Thought that was pretty good considering I am on a skiing holiday surrounded by pain au chocolat and frites! Grin

Muesli yogurt
Croissant, butter and sour cherry preserve with coffee
Piece of homemade passion cake with large mug cocoa
Veg curry, Bombay pots, rice, with dollop creme fraiche
Tiramisu washed down with Bucks Fizz
Two clementines
Stilton, water biscuits, gherkins with glass of Chardonnay
Three clementines
Four liqueur truffles

Mostly disposing of Xmas/NewYear's Day remnants and still some way to go. I don't diet, but then I don't hoover up the remains of festive overkill every day.

ephemeralfairy · 03/01/2014 11:47

Two crumpets with peanut butter.
Banana

Tin WW tomato soup
Ciabatta roll with green olives in
Quavers
Melon, grape and pineapple

Handful Kettle Chips

Chicken with mozzarella and Parma ham
Potato wedges
Broccoli, green beans and asparagus
Glass red wine

Mint Cornetto

Not my best day, but not bad either. Usually I'd have more veg and protein during the day.

ouryve · 03/01/2014 11:53

Porridge and a banana for Breakfast
Crab Pate on wholemeal bread with cucumber, for lunch, followed by the last small piece of Christmas cake.
A small Leibkuchen mid afternoon
Pasta with bacon, peppers and courgette for dinner
And then, in the evening, I seriously got the munchies and had another slice of bread with crab pate, 2 more little biccies and a packet of crisps! Blush

So far today, I've had a piece of ham and mushroom frittata and a mouthful of what turned out to be slightly stale cashews. I'm not dieting, but have realised that I'm PMSy and need to keep my protein up to avoid further munchies.
