Maintaining weight loss

I'm not sure how much I have lost, but have gone down about 4 dress sizes, since I discovered dp was having an affair. He's out of my life with OW - I'm picking myself up and love my new figure but want to keep it. At the moment I don't think I am eating enough - I mainly eat salad, fishcakes, pasta, thin pizza about once a week, bread sometimes with the salad, no choc, no crisps, barely any alcohol, no takeaways etc, but I am still losing weight.

Can anyone recommend a book with a plan to maintain the weight I am now, meal plans, that sort of thing.

Thanks all.

Will done on the weightloss! Can you add in more nuts, full-fat products, olive oil/butter on things, avocados? In other words, calorie-dense but nutritious foods that won't make you feel too full/bloated. Perhaps bring back more treats eg at weekends?

Hi BsshBossh - I could but I'm afraid of getting into bad eating habits again. Perhaps I could do creamy sort of pasta-y things now and again. If I go to the recommended calorie amount per day, I wonder if I will put weight on?

Sorry to hear about you dp.

If you knew how much you weighed there's a calculation you can do to work out your resting metabolic rate- basically how many calories you need to maintain that weight.

If you don't want to weigh yourself or haven't any scales, then someone might be able to estimate, if you say how tall you are and what size clothes you are in now.
