because I dont want to look too 'slimmingy' in front of the dds

have eaten baguette and cheese and biscuits and fruit every lunch for the last few days

(had TERRIBLE pig out today but there you go)

what can I eat on a picnic that will give me energy (am breastfeeding) but isnt too piggy?

Cold meats and fruits?

Earlybird · 23/07/2006 22:04

Carrot batons, cucumber slices, cherry toms, fruit slices, salad with lowfat dressing and grilled chicken, lowfat yoghurt.....

Or if you want a sandwich type thing what about pitta or tortilla wraps?

Olives, 10 for 1 point. And that Italian ham that looks like raw rashers. Can't for the life of me remember what it's called!

Sounds yummy. Hope tomorrow is guilt free yet delicious. Fruit is good, isn't it? Bean salad with punchy dressing? I need good picnicky ideas over summer holidays too - might start another thread.
