Starting PHD Diet Whey on 2nd

Hi all,

I am going to start on the PHD Diet Whey as of Thursday. I plan to use it as a meal replacement shake, instead of slim fast and similar (they have far too much sugar in them, and I worry that they will cause me to have cravings lol) - has anyone ever used these?

I will try and report back on to this thread as much as possible to let people know how I get on with these shakes.

(And yes I know, normal cutting of the calories etc is the way to go for a healthy weight loss - but for now I just need something where I don't have to think about food! Once I have got my body sorted out [as in I only eat when I am truly hungry, and stop giving into cravings/eating round the clock!] I will switch to normal food and calorie counting).

Just a quick update. I didn't start on 2nd as planned due to being ill.
I had my first shake yesterday. I mixed it with water as per instructions, and it wasn't pleasant! I only managed one mouthful! It was weirdly thick, yet not completely mixed, and had a strange taste to it.
I made it again this morning - 1 scoop (25g) to 200ml skimmed milk, and added 1tsp sugar. This made it palatable enough to drink the whole thing. I had this about 9am, and I wasnt hungry until 1:30! I have eaten far less today, and had hardly any sugar!!
