Has anyone done this ?

Could you let me know how much it costs during each of the phases ? ..... that's the bit they don't tell you on the website and I don't want to call a counsellor and be subjected to the hard sell if I can't afford to do it anyway.

For those of you who have done this, how quickly did you lose weight ?

Thanks

There's lots of threads on the CD.I pay £34.50 a week for my packs which is ALL my food,so don't class it as expensive.Average weightloss is a stone a month.hth

hi cats mother I payed £32.50 a week and it was really really worth it. I started on Jan 6th and finished around the beginning of april having lost 4 stone. Good luck it really is worth it!

I've phoned 2 different counsellors and they were both really lovely and def no hard sell. In fact, they wouldn't sell it too me (sad face but no square brackets!)

Blimey Laughinglil - that sounds like a result.

Did you pay that sum throughout the diet ? ..... I thought that after a month you substituted one of the Cambridge meal replacements with a healthy meal of your own ?

Also, if you don't mind me asking ....... have you kept the weight off since finishing ?
