Has anyone had a really good slimming treatment at a salon just to shift a few inches albeit temporarily? I had some sort of wrap years ago but dont think it made that much difference - I work in central London so anything I can do in a lunch hour (or a bit longer if necessary) would be great - going on hols soon and feeling like a whale just need a pick me up - thanks
