Hi, am wondering if someone could just give me some gen advice. I am a mum of a one year old and do not have time to attend a gym so for the last three weeks I have been doing about an hours exercise 3/4 mornings a week. Its quite high impact exercise and I just wondered how long it would be before I would start to show a change in my shape? I should add that I am also on a diet and have about 2 stone to lose. Please help with any advice you could give.
