Hi sara5. I had my DS 12 months ago and am struggling big time! I managed to lose 2 stone, but then have managed to put nearly a stone back on. Started back on weight watchers 2 weeks ago and have lost 4lb so far, but feel really stuck at the moment. I have 2 stone to lose and especially with the heat, feel such a frump looking at all the ultra slim woman walking around in next to nothing I have got some fabulous exercise DVDs, and am trying to do them early in the morning and do this about 3/4 times a week for the last three week, not really seeing results yet (hopefully soon???). Well done for the five children, as babygirl said, I only have the one (and a DH) and they keep me busy morning noon and night. Weightwatchers is a good diet, I am doing it myself though because I cannot get to a meeting because I work evenings and all the meetings are in the evenings, but you mind find it good too.

Hi expectantmum, do you do the ww online? I have been put on some tablets by my gp called xenical they take the fat out of your foods, and they are harmless, i have lost just over a stone with them in 3 weeks. I dont get that much time to exercise but am trying to find a walking partner.

No, a friend of mine gave me the book and I just follow it at home. I lost 2 stone on ww last year after having DS but just got complacent and put some of that back on. I am just inpatient, once I start a diet and do some exercise, I get frustrated when I am not a size 10 by the end of the first week . Do you have much to lose babygirl? My doctor isn't very sympathetic and he would just tell me to diet and exercise blah blah blah I normally exercise first thing in the morning once DS has had his breakfast and he usually laughs at my attempt to look like a disco diva, but probably more of a sugar plum fairy

I have about 3 stone to lose, i was a size 10 when i become pregnent but soon piled on the weight and then afetr i had my dd i found out i had an under active thyroid, so it was harder to lose the weight. Im meant to be going to ww tonight for the first time, but for some reason im really nervous...lol!!
