Diet plan suitable for an IBS sufferer needed!

I have IBS and beans, oats, wholegrain cereals and breads are trigger foods. Unfortunately most diets understandably want you to eat a lot of fibre-rich food! A low-carb diet is also no good for my IBS. Lots of white carbs is best, so thought Slimming World - but how can I get my Healthy Extra Bs in? I did ask in the Slimming World section but got no response. I need an actual plan with rules otherwise I go off-course.

In slimming world, your B extras can be things like cheese as well as fibre.

I would find your local consultant, phone them and explain your concerns - they will be able to tell you if they think it is suitable for you.

For what it's worth, at the group I go to, we have diabetics, ceoliacs, lactose intolerants etc, and they just adjust it to suit their needs with support from the consultant.

Thanks! I thought cheese was a HExA or is that only milk?

Cheese is on both.
Plus B's can be dried fruits, nuts etc as well
