Oh dear, am I first? No good news, either, my hard lost pound is back and I am 9st 6lb again. But I'm due on, so maybe that's why. Good luck to us all!

Didn't weigh myself until 5 and i think id rather do it in the morning and post then.Weight seemed to low!!! but i have had a hectic day and hardly eaten!

hi everyone just new to this tonight ive been on weight watchers since january and to date have lost 2.7 stone i seem to be loosing my willpower now though for some reason im really struggling help someone
