So I have stuck fairly strictly to a 1200 cal diet for 2 weeks now and lost around 4lb. Going to a friend's house for a girly night in. Another 2 friends will be there. The idea is to have pizza and garlic bread for dinner. Diet disaster! I have history for falling off the wagon after one night of indulgence so I am determined not to do it this time.
So, do you think it would be ok if I took my own pizza (one of those tesco 450 calorie ones- they are great!) or will the others think I'm being weird? I won't be drinking alcohol anyway because I have a long drive home after.
