Im eating more but completely ravenous

Ive been completely dairy free for the last 10 days or so (am sensitive to dairy) and seem to have lost 4lbs in that time. I am eating every 2.5-3 hours and so far today have eaten:

1 x bowl of cornflakes with soya milk
1 x banana
1/4 watermelon
4 beetroots (small)
WW Carrot & Lentil soup
salad leaves with 2 mini chicken fillets (chilli & lime)
about 3 litres of water

and then because I was so starving had to eat another small bowl of cornflakes

So, should I eat when I feel starving or try and see it through although Im not convinced I could.

For dinner we're having chinese chicken (bbq'd) and salad.

its better to eat little and often as you are doing, as it speeds up your metablosim, so just go with it, just make sure its not a large slice of cake!

Try to eat more protein, it will help you remain fuller longer. If you are eating alot of carb based foods that will be why you are getting hungry quicker, something to do with the effects on your blood sugar. Your food list does sound quite high in carbs so try adding a few nibbles like some nuts nd bits of ham etc. Hope that helps.
