Ive been completely dairy free for the last 10 days or so (am sensitive to dairy) and seem to have lost 4lbs in that time. I am eating every 2.5-3 hours and so far today have eaten:
1 x bowl of cornflakes with soya milk
1 x banana
1/4 watermelon
4 beetroots (small)
WW Carrot & Lentil soup
salad leaves with 2 mini chicken fillets (chilli & lime)
about 3 litres of water
and then because I was so starving had to eat another small bowl of cornflakes
So, should I eat when I feel starving or try and see it through although Im not convinced I could.
For dinner we're having chinese chicken (bbq'd) and salad.
