How we all feeling about the week ahead?

Im hoping for a good loss this week as ive joined slimming world so full of new resolve!!

Can I just ask something too - when you send your weight in on a thursday can you include your mumsnet name - I remember most times from the email address but sometimes get a bit stuck so that will be very helpful!

Hmmm, the week may have started wrong here. Yesterday I succumbed to chocolate cake in Costa (it wasn't even any good but I ate it anyway) and today in Costa again (floor sanding going on in the house so have been chucked out during the day) they had a new thing, chocolatey bites I think it was called, so I had to try them and I have been out for a meal tonight, had a takeaway last night and may be either out or another takeaway tomorrow! and all at once! Darned social life!

I've got a mumsnet meetup tomorrow - all going out for lunch in Newcaslte - i've been saving points, but probably not enough... Anyway, I'm walking so I can drink , but i reckon also the walking prob means the drinks don't count??

I have just has half a 12inch stuffed crust pizza and it was fantastic. Pizza was my main vice and I haven't had one since starting this diet. I know I shouldn't have today but feeling a bit down and fed up so it was to treat myself. It was so good

Promise I will get right back on track tomorrow though.

I wouldn't worry about it Hulababy, when I went to weightwatchers I would head straight to the chippy after my weigh-in, I figured that it was better to be naughty on weigh-in night as I'd have the rest of the week to make up for it.

JJ - just e-mail your starting weight to Becca on [email protected]

Then every Thursday we e-mail her our new weight/weight loss for the week, and she posts results that evening on here.

You can do any diet/exercise regime you like.

Am out for my chinese tonight (probably armed with kittypickles points list!!!) so will warn you in advance that Thursdays weigh in will be depressing for me!!! But worth it!! Think of me at 7, tucking into loads of point laden food - am salivating just thinking about it!!!

Well, Im feeling good about this weeks weigh in - Im on SW now and have stuck rigidly to it Fri, Sat, Sun and today - just finished a tea of cod in parsley sauce, mound of cauli, broccoli, carrots and baby corn and 2 new potatoes and I enjoyed it so much I actually licked the plate!!!! (felt very slaggish doing it but enjoyed it all the same)

Hiya - can I join this club? Need to lose about half a stone. Does anybody know how I can find out about the weightwatchers points without joining weightwatchers? I know I'd be on 18 points but don't know how many points there are in anything so at the moment I'm just imagining that starbucks muffins are health food if I have the carrot one and silly things like that - can somebody put me right please?!

Well done everyone, especiall becca and mears dH for such fab losses.
Keep up the good work.
I will be back at it on the 15th when I get back from mums. I will get my size 12 white suit from MILs to motivate me as I was to wear it on my cruise next year.

Agree Demented. Even if it goes down to just one or two of us, I am not going to wuit either. Had two weeks with no loss (but, hey, no gain either) but then those weeks have been hard social wise. But determined again to get going again.
