I'm thinking of starting sw, to finally get rid of my baby weight. My mil is doing it & says it's fab ( she lost 4.5 pounds last week)& is eating more food than normal !! She claims that you can eat as many superfree foods as you like...I thought it sounded a tad far fetched(as are many of my mil's claims...)So what's the deal ?

Essentially, she's right, you are encouraged to eat as many superfree foods as you like. However, superfree foods are just fruit and vegetables. "Free" foods are different, these include things like rice, pasta, potatoes, muller light yoghurts, lean meat (depending which plan you're doing). You can have as much as you want of them, but you're supposed to choose superfree foods first for snacks and for each meal, fill at least a third of your plate with superfree foods (you can have a second plateful, but again you have to have a third of it superfree).

It sounds complicated and a bit too-good-to-be-true but you do get used to it and it certainly did work for me. Good luck!
