30 day challenges eg squat/plank etc

Are they any good? any success stories? Do you follow the calendar or do more? Do you combine it with other exercise eg Shred/gym class etc.

I need to do something and am wondering if it may be the way forward. I am a SAHM and could feasibly split things up and do the challenge a few times a day.

I did the thirty day squat challenge. It changed the shape of my bum but not in a good way. What I didn't realise is for it to be effective you should use weights. I wanted to make my bum bigger.

I now do squats lunges and dead lifts wih 20-30 kg and I definitely notice my legs and bum looking much better.

So maybe buy some dumb bells and do squats lunges dead lifts jumping squats etc 2/3 times a week.
