Protein!

Eggs
Chicken

Cheesyslice · 23/11/2013 14:22

Yep, protein with a bit of veg if you can. If I'm desperate when I'm out I try and grab some cooked chicken with a couple of loose tomatoes which I eat like apples

BorisJohnsonsHair · 23/11/2013 14:24

Slices of ham spread with lowest fat Philadelphia and rolled up. Any protein really, but cheese is very high in fat.

TrueToYou · 23/11/2013 14:28

Dried mixed fruit and mixed seeds. You can eat from the tub - it takes ages to chew and swallow, and your jaw gets tired and you get bored of eating!
And you can have it with natural yogurt.

Chicken. Rye bread fills you up for ages too....

I have small packets of ham (sometimes coleslaw wrapped in the ham) and a large glass of water or cup of tea.

YeGodsDidTheDrWhoThemeTune · 23/11/2013 15:29

Rice cakes and pate.

Sardines

Crispbreads

Banana

Dark chocolate

YeGodsDidTheDrWhoThemeTune · 23/11/2013 15:29

Natural yogurt

Brandnewmamma · 23/11/2013 15:32

I would make an omelette.. One egg.. Two whites.. Really filling.. Add mushrooms, peppers etc

Ms23 · 23/11/2013 22:07

Melba toast with cottage cheese and pineapple!

I am a chocoholic so I try to save calories and have some chocolate fingers (4 are 110 cals) before bed. Going cold turkey on chocolate is too much for me!!
