Afternoon everyone,

How are you all doing without chocolate.

I bought DD a gingerbread man today and it had smarties for buttons and chocolate on its feet and head. It was difficult, but I resisted eating any of it.

If you feel in need of support just post on here.

I'm sucking on a Fox's liqourice and aniseed sweetie- like a glacier mint, only black - might take the edge away ? Actually I haven't had an desire for choc, just something sweet.

How id everyone doing today? Currently I think I am substituting chocolate for crisps and fruitellas (mmm) but I think this is just a phase. Have brought bananas and lots of yummy strawberries to work with me today to keep munching on!

Went out for a meal last night and was really excited about dessert all night until my friend reminded me that I couldn't have chocolate cake - I forgot!

oh dear Mum2Ela. at least you resisted though.

I think nt having any chocolate in the house helps

Yesterday was easy - I was ill all Tuesday night, so yesterday was confined to toast and marmite. A good start!

Mum2Ela · 26/02/2004 09:48

Mmmm . . . marmite! Love it!
